Wood One LLC Custom Cabinetmaker in Saint Petersburg, Florida

Must have the following in order to apply:

  • No minimum education required
  • Minimum of Five to Seven (5-7) years of experience in high-end cabinetry or custom woodworking, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise and complexity of projects handled
  • Proficiency in using a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery
  • Prior to experience running their own shop or handling end-to-end project management
  • Ability to read and interpret complex designs
  • Must follow written and/or verbal instructions
  • Communication skills necessary
  • Able to work in a team environment

**Job Description: As a Custom Cabinetry Builder, you will craft bespoke, high-end cabinetry and woodworking projects, showcasing exceptional skill and precision. Success in this role means delivering products that perfectly match intricate designs and client specifications, demonstrating mastery in carpentry, and contributing to the company's reputation. Within the organization, you are a critical player in fulfilling the artistic vision and quality, ensuring that every piece is a testament to the craft skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • Construct and assemble custom cabinetry from start to finish, ensuring all pieces align with design plans and quality standards using our standard operating procedures
  • Work closely with detailed architectural drawings and plans, understanding and applying complex designs and customer requirements
  • Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure durability and finish of the cabinetry meet high-end expectations
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and techniques, continually refining skills and craft skills
  • Work well with the team, contributing to a collaborative environment and ensuring seamless project execution
