Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This position involves working in a medical warehouse environment as part of a small team. The candidate will perform a variety of tasks and should be comfortable with a dynamic work environment where they will not be doing the same thing all the time.
Responsibilities
Unload trucks and place items into stock areas.
Use forklifts to pull crates, pallets, and bins.
Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking, location, and management.
Update and maintain the SAP system.
Build crates for shipments using hand and power tools.
Assist with material and supply replenishment.
Conduct audits, cycle counts, and reorganizations of inventory.
Load trucks with outbound shipments.
Train on and use a cherry picker throughout the day to pull pallets.
Essential Skills
Experience with warehouse pick/pack operations.
Proficiency in using forklifts and scan guns.
Willingness to train on a cherry picker.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (SAP, ERP, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with shipping and receiving, crate building, and inventory management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on feet for the entire shift.
Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
Knowledgeable and experienced with computers and SAP (or similar systems).

Work Environment
Work will be in the warehouse and in the cleanroom. Occasionally, you may need to visit other parts of the building to drop off materials or retrieve items. Some areas have machines, but the environment is generally not overly loud, and no hearing protection is required. The warehouse is clean and well-maintained, with a smaller team typically working with only 1-2 other people. The warehouse is of decent size, so expect to be walking and on your feet all day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
