Duties Are you Wilder's next Senior Clinical Supervisor for Children s Therapeutic Services and Supports? Join the Community Mental Health & Wellness (CMHW) team at Wilder in supporting culturally responsive mental health and substance use disorders service delivery that supports our community's mental wellness, critical to Wilder's mission of improving lives today and for generations to come! The CTSS Senior Clinical Supervisor will provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of the CTSS team, who are a combination of skills-level and masters-level practitioners. The CTSS Senior Clinical Supervisor will also carry a caseload of clients. Families served are from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. The CTSS Senior Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for adhering to CTSS guidelines, coordination of client assignments, and partnering closely with the agency s Children s Case Management team. Candidates must maintain clinical, billing and other required documentation per agency guidelines. Assure timely, high quality care through direct diagnosis and clinical skills, consultation, oversight of care coordination, treatment of clients, staff and intern supervision, staff training, program development and consultation to other agencies in compliance with Foundation philosophy, licensing laws and regulations. Ensure that services provided are effective and of the highest quality. Assist leadership with program development, budget management, research of best practices, and resource development. Evaluate program operations and outcome data to make recommendations regarding treatment methods and service integration strategies. Wilder is a first-implementer Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). As part of this innovative model of mental health care, you will collaborate closely with other service partners in ensuring coordinated, integrated care for clients and their families.
