Currently Seeking a Quality Technician
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Quality Technician to join our growing team. This role will interface in a collaborative team-based environment with the Operations, Quality, and Engineering Teams.
Responsibilities
Perform receiving and inspection of incoming raw materials (25% of the time).
Support other Quality functions like QMS documentation, CAPA support, or validation activities (75% of the time).
Prepare engineering and test samples.
Record test results and compare them to acceptance criteria.
Print and verify finished product labeling.
Review and approve Product Lot Folders.
Support equipment installation and qualification activities.
Assist in the development of internal and supplier-based quality plans.
Essential Skills
Experience with QMS, documentation, and receiving inspection.
Proficiency with measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
Good documentation skills.
Self-starter mentality and ability to wear multiple hats.
Experience in a Quality Technician role, preferably in the medical device industry.
Support labeling activities.
Understanding of CAPA processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferred 2-year degree.
2+ years of experience working in a Quality Technician role.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
