We are looking for a quality assurance lead to join our team in Saint Paul, MN. In this role, you'll oversee quality personnel, ensure high product standards, and manage customer issues. You ll also maintain a safe and efficient work environment, train staff, and act as a liaison between employees and management. Determine and allocate resources (material, manpower, equipment). Ensure proper job setup and high-quality product output. Supervise quality staff and oversee training. Liaise between employees and management. Maintain a safe, clean work environment. Verify departmental paperwork accuracy. Assist with customer issues and inventories. Approve coatings and conduct testing. Review certifications and compile weekly quality results. Implement safety protocols for hazardous waste handling. Requirements of the quality assurance lead: Strong background in quality assurance and supervisory experience. Knowledge of hazardous waste handling and safety protocols.
