Job Title: Production Assistant

Job Description

This individual will be in charge of unpackaging parts. After unpackaging the parts, they will be responsible for racking them. Racking the fixtures is similar to hanging ornaments on a tree - they will be pinching the spring clip to then hang the fixture on the rack. The clip itself isn't physically heavy, but it is metal, and individuals need to have strong grip strength to pinch the spring clips together and then release them to hang the components. Good grip strength is essential to ensure the clip does not scratch the fixture. Candidates need to be self-motivated individuals looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the company
