Kelly is assisting our client in St Paul, a large healthcare provider with a temporary Patient Registration Representative role.

The basics of working as a Patient Registration Representative include:

  • Welcoming and greeting patients and visitors

  • Checking in patients and assisting with registration

  • Provide information and ensure patient paperwork is complete

  • Obtaining patient signatures and insurance documentation

The position might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer

  • Have previous clinic or hospital work experience

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Are able to pick up shifts at other locations when applicable
