Office Technician

Location: Twin Town- Men's Residential Treatment Facility in St. Paul, MN

Shift: 1st shift 7:30-4:00pm

Meridian Behavioral Health LLC is a leader in behavioral health care and addiction recovery services, with a network of addiction treatment centers and acute psychiatric hospitals nationwide. Twin Town, our men's residential treatment facility in St. Paul is looking for a hard-working Office Technician to join our team!

Job Duties:

  • Greet guests and clients as they enter.

  • Answer phones and assist callers with their requests.

  • Clerical support as needed.

  • Responding to medical records requests and intake paperwork.

  • Complete the intake process and paper flow to Accounting.

  • Oversee the collection of co-pays and deductibles.

  • Paraprofessionals may not admit, transfer, or discharge clients. They may be directed to follow through with the process of implementation of the above by the director or designee.

  • Attend staff in-service and meetings.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 yrs experience working in an office environment.

  • Minimum 1 yr experience working with medical records or related and 2-3 years related experience required, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.

  • Possess a valid driver license.

  • Minimum of one year continuing freedom from chemical use problems.
