Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires training on the 1st shift (7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday) before transitioning to the 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm, Monday to Friday). The primary focus of this position is to minimize downtime on production line equipment during production hours. The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, handle emergency repairs, and conduct minor facility work.
Responsibilities
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance (PMs)
Troubleshoot and repair equipment
Handle emergency equipment repairs
Conduct minor facility maintenance work
Work on production line equipment such as conveyors, tanks, filling machines, packing machines, and stacking machines
Maintain facility elements like light bulbs and door handles
Minimize equipment downtime during production hours
Perform mechanical work on pumps, motors, and valves
Conduct electrical troubleshooting with PLCs, with a stronger focus on mechanical work
Essential Skills
Maintenance technician experience
Troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
Electrical and mechanical repair skills
Preventive maintenance experience
Experience with 3-phase electrical systems
Industrial maintenance skills
Experience with conveyor systems
PLC control and troubleshooting skills
Welding and installation skills
Blueprint reading and field service experience
Fabrication and schematic knowledge
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience

Work Environment
Our facility is clean and state-of-the-art, with up to 100 people working on the production floor during the 1st shift. The 2nd shift has fewer employees and less supervision, requiring candidates to be highly skilled and self-reliant.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00
