Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator in either the Twin Screw Compound or Extrusion line.
Your role will involve setting up and operating machinery, including feeder operations, calibration, and cooling towers.
You'll also engage in quality control processes and ensure that all procedures and methods are followed meticulously.
Training will be provided, as the specific machines and processes are specialized.
This position requires a mechanically inclined individual who is adaptable, quick to learn, and capable of multitasking in a safety-oriented environment.
Hours & Pay:
$19-22/hr depending on experience
1st shift (Monday-Friday)
7am-3pm
2nd Shift (Monday-Friday)
3pm-11pm
$1 raise when hired on direct
3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday)
11pm-7am
$2 raise when hired on direct
