Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role involves traveling to various locations across the United States to oversee network changeovers. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for setting up new accounts and equipment, assisting with network configuration, and conducting mail migrations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee network changeovers at new locations throughout the United States

• Provision new AD accounts and mailboxes for newly acquired companies

• Install and set up new printers, desktops, and laptops at new locations

• Assist engineers with the configuration and mounting of firewalls and switches

• Perform mail migrations to integrate new companies into our existing network

• Utilize skills in PC Desktop - Workstation, PC Hardware, Firewall, and Network Migration to ensure seamless network transitions. Requirements • Candidate must possess knowledge in PC Desktop and Workstation management

• Proficiency in PC Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting is required

• Familiarity with Firewall configuration and management is necessary

• Experience with Network Migration is a must

• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

• Strong communication skills to effectively assist users and communicate with IT team

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly

• Must have a customer-service oriented mindset

• Flexibility to work in shifts, if required

• Relevant certification or degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
