• Partner with Hispanic Marketing team, agency partners and other stakeholders to write, present and develop everything from social posts to integrated campaigns for consistent, relevant, and persuasive communication to Hispanic customers.

Skills required:

• Bilingual Copy Writer/Editor (Spanish/English)
• Native Spanish speaker that understands different dialects and linguistics.
• Copywriting skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to inspire action
• Ability to collaborate with copywriters to emulate the tone and copy standards in Spanish
• Understands core retail and marketing fundamentals
• Basic experience working in multi-touch programs and omni-channel campaigns in line with the overarching brand and product strategies
• Detail oriented and customer focused

The Skills You Bring:

• 3-6+ years of experience writing for social, traditional advertising, digital video, direct, and more.
• Proficient to expert in Microsoft Word.
• Ability to create big ideas while remaining collaborative and open to new ideas.
• Drive storytelling approaches that bring the brand to life, prompting consideration and, ultimately, action.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written), especially translating strategic and business goals into visual deliverables.
• Proficient at managing and delivering several initiatives simultaneously, within deadlines.
