Director of Operations
Job Description
Lead and develop a team comprised of Operations Managers and support personnel to include performance operational metrics.
Work with direct reports to measure and manage the effectiveness of Branch performance.
Define parameters and implement procedures to enhance and maximize the long-term profitability of Division Operations.
Review and respond to Operating Metrics boards for visual management purposes.
Develop the skills of the Division management team to ensure their professional growth, customer service, and leadership skills are aligned with the company's values.
Develop and administer accurate annual and longer-range budget/forecast plans with stakeholders.
Promote value-creating solutions and resolve problems, while maintaining contact with major customers within territory.
Ensure all safety programs, internal audit standards, organizational processes, company policies, etc., are adhered to across the region.
