Summary
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Lubricants group. We are looking for a Lubricants Operations Analyst Intern. You must be customer focused with excellent communication skills, and data analysis,
Responsibilities
Analyze data, both current and historical to benefit daily, monthly, fiscal year-end, and performance metrics necessary to be successful as a lubricant team.
Track annual volume budget data, preform analysis for senior leadership and other sales leaders.
Create product reporting and scorecard/goal progress with sales, marketing and production teams utilizing Power BI platform
Generate regular & ad hoc data requests for senior leadership, operations and sales teams.
Support Operations leadership in managing core systems and operations processing activities Partner with IT and other CHS business areas on systems improvements or troubleshooting issues.
Support a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field (expected graduation date of May/June 2026 or 2027).
Additional Qualifications
Previous internship in business operations, and/or business analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
