We are currently seeking a Sr. Materials Planning Specialist to join our team in St. Nazianz, WI. Responsibilities Plans, schedules, and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers, both direct and indirect. Determines material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering. Compiles data and applies statistical methods to estimate future materials requirements and indirect material budget projections. Oversees the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules or department priorities. Develops policies and procedures to ensure timely flow of materials and for tracking the physical inventory. Develops specifications for new and changed contract orders. Other related duties as assigned. This position pays \$63,375 to \$92,950 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) Qualifications The qualified candidate will have: A Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or other technical discipline plus 5 or more years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and/or materials analysis OR High School Diploma/GED plus 10 or more years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and/or materials analysis The ideal candidate will have: Experience working with an ERP system and SAP Advanced PC skills to include MS Office suite World Class Manufacturing/Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience Experience in an OEM vehicle environment is a plus Strong technical skills and...
