Inn at Perry Cabin Turndown Attendant (PT) in Saint Michaels, Maryland
Join the INN crew of hospitality professionals as a Turndown Attendant!Position pays $15.50 per hour.
The Inn at Perry Cabin is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Turndown Attendant who has a profound interest in hospitality and a drive to meet the highest standards in our profession.Our exceptional group of talented, creative and thoughtful crew members each bring a unique perspective and consistent determination to the cleanliness of our beautiful property.
The Turndown Attendant is responsible forkeeping the Inn in "ship shape" with a keen eye for detail. Additional responsibilities include:
- Dedicated to a thorough understanding of current knowledge of housekeeping standards, all hotel facilities/services and local attractions/activities to respond to any guest inquiry, VIPs, and groups

``` - Service an assigned number of guest rooms in the time allotted, following all room cleaning procedures

``` - Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance in accordance with our Dress Code Standards for uniformed associates - Anticipates guests needs, responds promptly and acknowledges all guests at all times. Promotes positive guest relations at all times and uses guests names if known. - Complete job description available upon request.
Preferred qualifications:
- Superior customer service skills.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to impact the guest stay while delivering exceptional results and exceeding commitments.
