Job Title: TIG Welder
Job Description
Candidate will be starting their metal welding department from the ground up. They currently do plastic welding, but they outsource all their metal welding and want to bring it in-house. This person will help them pick what welders to buy and will primarily TIG weld on stainless steel. They also will help train the two plastic welders they currently have. The candidate will need to be flexible and have a good attitude.
Responsibilities
Start and establish the metal welding department.
Select and recommend appropriate welding equipment.
Primarily TIG weld on stainless steel.
Train the existing plastic welders in metal welding techniques.
Maintain a flexible approach and positive attitude.
Essential Skills
TIG welding experience.
Experience in MIG welding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Supervisor or lead experience is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00
