Poste : Superviseur à la production
Emplacement : Shawinigan
Une formation technique ou professionnelle jumelée à toute expérience pertinente dans un poste de supervision de personnel sera fortement considérée.
Avoir un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en industrie.
Raison d'être
Sous la direction du Directeur de la production, il supporte les activités journalières de production en mettant tout en place afin de soutenir le plan de fabrication tel que planifié.
Nature et étendue de la fonction
Supervise les employés sur le quart de jour tout en veillant au suivi des activités des autres quarts de travail. Gestion des paies des employés de la production, suivi des congés, temps supplémentaire et autre. Gestion des demandes d’achats pour les besoins de la production. Supporte la Coordination des opérations d'une relève à l'autre en canalisant les énergies des groupes vers les objectifs à atteindre, en stimulant l'intérêt, la motivation des employés et en s'assurant que l'on opère selon les règles de sécurité, selon les règles de la convention collective de travail et selon les règlements généraux et politiques de l'usine. Participe aux activités de sécurité de façon à éliminer à l’origine tous les risques d’accident. Aide à la planification des changements de main-d'oeuvre, d'équipement, de méthode de production, afin que l'efficacité du secteur soit maintenue ou améliorée. Soutien l'efficacité des groupes, les coûts de production et les normes de qualité des produits fabriqués, en s'assurant de son apport à ce que les calendriers de production soient respectés. Aide à l’identification des opportunités de formation du personnel et assure son support au suivi de la bonne réalisation des plans de formation. Transmettre les priorités des travaux d'entretien.

A technical or vocational training combined with relevant experience in a supervisory position will be strongly considered. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the industry is required.
Purpose
Under the direction of the Production Manager, they support daily production activities by putting everything in place to support the manufacturing plan as scheduled.
Nature and Scope of the Position
Supervises employees on the day shift while ensuring oversight of activities during other shifts. Manages employee payroll for production staff, tracking leave, overtime, and other matters. Manages purchase requests for production needs. Supports the coordination of operations from shift to shift by channeling the group's energies towards the objectives to be achieved, fostering employee interest and motivation, and ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with safety rules, collective bargaining agreements, and factory regulations and policies. Participates in safety activities to eliminate the root causes of all accident risks. Assists in planning shifts of labor, equipment, and production methods, ensuring that sector efficiency is maintained or improved. Supports group efficiency, production costs, and the quality standards of manufactured products, ensuring adherence to production schedules. Aids in identifying training opportunities for staff and assists in following up on the successful implementation of training plans. Communicates maintenance work priorities.
