JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
Responsible for US and Puerto Rico payroll tax activities including analyzing tax data for accuracy
Manual filing/reporting of W2s Federal Return quarterly
Help with monthly SAP system testing including SAP Tax changes and SUI Rate Changes.
Partner with Mobility and EY on assignee tax activities for the US and Canada.
Enter W2C into third-party system for employee access.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience within Payroll Tax or Accounting.
Manage complex payroll tax issues and an understanding of US, Puerto Rico, and Federal, State, Local and Providence payroll tax regulations.
Demonstrated understanding of US & Puerto Rico W2/W2C reporting & filings requirements
SAP Payroll Experience
ADP Smart Compliance Experience
