• BA or BS preferred

• Proven experience (10+) years in operational roles, with a track record of successful process improvement and team management

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strategic thinking and the ability to align operational activities with SC&E business goals

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

• Proficiency in project management and process optimization methodologies

• Excellent communication and engagement skills; ability to communicate with all levels of leadership

• Skilled at multitasking requirements and supporting a combination of new & ongoing tasks across multiple internal groups

• Ability to generate creative solutions to difficult or ambiguous problems

• Thoughtful problem-solving skills and ability to work well in groups

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel

• Strong slide-writing skills
