Our Wealth Planning and Onboarding Portfolio is part of the Digital Wealth Management organization and provides capabilities to enable our Financial Advisors and Branch Teams to deliver Human-Centered Complete Wealth Management. The Digital Account Solutions team is responsible for all digital account opening and management capabilities. The team partners across adjacent product teams and operational areas to deliver a best-in-class client onboarding experience that is streamlined and efficient, while also meeting regulatory requirements.

Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of:

  • Lead a team focused on the delivery and evolution of our Digital Account Solutions product including Account Opening, Maintenance, and connectivity with many other systems at the firm.

  • Responsible to the Portfolio Owner, this role will focus on developing internal product teams for multiple sub-products each with several domains and delivery teams. These teams will own all aspects of the firm's Account Management systems and partner with the Core Digital Services organization for ongoing support of the applications & the people who use them.

  • In partnership with key stakeholders and business partners, the Digital Product Manager II will create the vision for Digital Account Solutions and will serve at the forefront of driving solutions to provide the best possible user experience.

  • Identifying business opportunities and directing team activities to achieve desired outcomes by gathering requirements, designing workflows, coordinating development, and implementing finalized solutions.

  • Set clear expectations of accountability across a matrix teams of chapter roles in order to achieve positive team health, align product vision to execution, user experience, system stability, product quality and business value.

  • Work across multiple corporate divisions and all levels of associates and management to build strategic partnerships.

  • Responsible for owning product epics and may be asked to assist with refinement of portfolio epics.

  • Work with other firm leaders to attract, develop and drive a team of high performing associates, and will play a pivotal role in their ongoing personal and professional development.

  • Lead their product teams through direct leadership of their functional associates as well as indirect influence and task assignment authority for matrixed associates, mentoring and developing all team members to fulfill the product vision.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $136571

Hiring Maximum: $232541

Skills/Requirements

What Experience You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years within digital, product management, account solutions and/ or wealth management.

  • A desire to assume formal leadership responsibilities for downline associates, with a willingness to commit to the development of others through personnel administration practices. Prior supervisory experience in a professional environment.

Functional Knowledge:

  • expert knowledge of financial services concepts, practices, and procedures, with emphasis on Account Opening, Funding, and Maintenance knowledge;

  • excellent communications skills, with the ability to present complex / abstract concepts in simple, cogent terms;

  • detail orientation with exceptional analytical capabilities, possessing the ability to effectively contribute across multiple teams and disciplines;

  • the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute on work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and direct work in a way that maximizes both personal and team efficiency;

  • Mentoring, coaching, and comfortable delivering direct feedback routinely to advance and develop downline leaders and associates;

  • collaborative mindset with the ability to work with stakeholders and leaders throughout a matrixed organization;

  • a robust understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework;

  • product orientation with a strong sense of ownership.
