Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Communications industry, located in St Louis Earnings Tx, Missouri. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the accuracy of customer information. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with international vendors to verify their payment and IRS information.
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer applications accurately
• Maintain accurate credit records of customers
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Communicate with vendors, mainly international, to verify their payment and IRS information
• Make approximately 15 calls a day to verify vendor information
• Use software like Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams for various tasks
• Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date. Requirements • Proficiency in Word is required for document creation and editing tasks.
• Knowledge of Excel is necessary for data management and reporting duties.
• Familiarity with Office suite is essential for efficient task completion.
• Experience with Outlook is needed for managing email communications.
• Ability to conduct warm calling is a key requirement for this role.
