Adecco US, Inc. Associate Regulatory Scientific Affairs - Summer Internship (hybrid) in Saint Louis, Missouri

An Associate Regulatory Scientific Affairs - Summer Intern (hybrid) is available through Adecco Medical & Science. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and curating a claims substantiation SharePoint and linking documents to a claim repository. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of claims-related documents.

This position is remote but you must be based out of the Saint Louis, MO area as you may be required to go in the office occasionally. The work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, 40-hours per week. Please note this is a 3-4 month temp/contract role starting in June 2024.

Responsibilities and duties:

Review and organize documents within the claims substantiation SharePoint.

Ensure proper categorization and tagging of documents for easy retrieval.

Identify and remove duplicate files and archive outdated files.

Link relevant documents to the claims repository for centralized access.

Collaborate with the claims team (PTC Applied Nutrition scientists and Regulatory & Scientific Affairs) to understand document requirements and ensure compliance.

Assist in creating a user-friendly interface for efficient document navigation.

Provide regular progress updates to the supervisor.

Qualification and requirements:

Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and document management systems.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, information management, data entry).

Qualifications:

Some college experience required.

Attention to detail: Ability to meticulously organize and categorize documents.

Technical proficiency: Proficient in using SharePoint and other document management systems.

Scientific knowledge: Basic understanding of scientific concepts and terminology to accurately categorize documents.

Organization and time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with the claims team.

Reporting structure:

The Summer Intern will report to a member of the PTC RSA team and will work closely with the PTC Nutrition team.

Pay Details: $17.64 per hour
