ManpowerGroup Quality Inspector (Food Manufacturing) 2nd Shift in Saint Francis, Wisconsin
Our client, in Saint Francis, WI is seeking a hardworking, motivated individual to join their team as a Quality Inspector. This is a temp-to-hire position within 90 days.
Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: St. Francis, WI
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00
Shift: 2nd (12:30 pm - 8:30 pm)
What’s the Job?
Conduct in-process evaluations of blended products to ensure acceptable standards for color, odor, consistency, and moisture prior to final packaging.
Complete aseptic sampling activities as directed by quality programs.
Assemble necessary receipt paperwork and samples for transport to the Quality Department.
Inspect outbound shipments to verify:
Product integrity
Pallet integrity
Item and lot accuracy
Quantity accuracy
Condition of outbound trailers
Review production and receiving documentation to ensure critical information (e.g., metal detector checks, weight checks, lot information) is thoroughly documented and complete.
What’s Needed?
1-3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with quality standards for product evaluation and documentation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Basic computer skills for documentation, data entry, and record keeping.
Strong organizational skills to manage production records and ensure thorough documentation.
