JOB REQUIREMENTS: Under the direction of and reporting to the Production Supervisor this position requires knowledge of company products, methods, materials, recipes, quality standards, and policies. 2nd Shift 2p.m. - 10p.m. Your Passion.Our Culture. Ensures that all products are removed from the line in a timely and safe manner. Moves materials to and from the line. Communicate effectively while maintaining effective work flow. Demonstrates good communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening. Utilizes and maintains all production and record systems required to maintain accurate department operations. Follow the Sargento Code of Business and Personal Ethics. Regular and reliable attendance. Actively able to perform essential job functions as determined by Human Resources. Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor. Your Education and Experience. High school diploma or general education degree (GED/HSED) required or minimally enrolled with anticipated completion in 12 months or less. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus. Your Qualifications. Must be 18 years or older. Willingness to complete fork lift certification upon hire. Ability to learn and carry out lock out tag out procedures as required. Lifting 50 - 100lbs. Ability to perform data entry for inventory systems and labeling software. Our Environment.
