Description We are in search of a Contract Administrator to join our team in the government sector located in SAINT CLOUD, Florida, 34769-3339, United States. The Contract Administrator will be chiefly accountable for updating and maintaining contracts in our system, specifically those related to IT and construction companies. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Enter contract information into the system with precision and attention to detail

• Utilize the opengov system for contract management

• Ensure uniformity across contracts by creating and implementing a summary sheet

• Reactivate certain contracts that require re-engagement

• Employ ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, About Time, Budget Processes, Calendar Management, Communication, and Conference Calls skills to perform tasks effectively

• Independently resolve any issues or discrepancies in contracts after receiving initial training and directions

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Must possess a comprehensive understanding of ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in creating and managing Banner Ads is essential

• Must be comfortable with using Cisco Webex Meetings for remote communication

• Experience with Concur for managing expenses is required

• Must be proficient in CRM for customer relationship management

• Should have a working knowledge of About Time for efficient workflow management

• Demonstrable experience in Budget Processes is necessary

• Must be adept at Calendar Management for scheduling and coordinating tasks

• Exceptional Communication skills are required for interacting with internal and external stakeholders

• Must be comfortable in setting up and managing Conference Calls for team meetings and discussions.
