[PURPOSE:[ The purpose of this position is to perform floor care and cleaning tasks within County Government facilities. This role will primarily be assigned to one facility but may be required to assist at other sites. - Performs regular floor and carpet care cleaning tasks to include, but not limited to, regular vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.

``` - Scrubs, buffs, waxes, and strips vinyl and terrazzo flooring. Cleans carpet by spot cleaning and thorough carpet extraction on occasional basis.

``` - Cleans and disinfects restrooms and locker rooms. Polish mirrors and faucets, cleans sinks, toilet, and urinal fixtures, cleans partitions, lockers and wall tile as needed.

``` - Cleans and polishes drinking fountains.

``` - Dusts windowsills, ledges, counters, and work surfaces/areas as required.

``` - Disinfects high touch areas throughout the facility.

``` - Cleans interior glass and windows as needed.

``` - Cleans kitchen equipment as needed. Cleans kitchen appliances in breakrooms as needed.

``` - Replenishes soap and paper supplies in restrooms, break rooms. Stocks janitorial supplies.

``` - Empties trash containers and removes debris.

``` - Moves furniture and equipment as needed for deeper cleaning and floor care procedures.

``` - Notifies Lead Custodian or supervisor when supplies are low, trash container or dispensers are damaged or broken.

``` - Completes work orders documenting supplies used, time spent on projects and job completion status.
