We are in the process of expanding our legal team in the western suburbs of Illinois. The Legal Assistant/Paralegal will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to Estate Law and Elder Law, with a focus on Estate Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Handle estate planning matters with precision and efficiency.

• Utilize your firm experience to manage legal documentation.

• Work with other team members to foster a detail-oriented environment.

• Apply your legal knowledge to resolve customer inquiries.

• Use your Paralegal skills to enhance the team's performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a legal assistant/paralegal position.

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proficient in legal research and writing.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.

• Proficient in the use of legal software and technologies.
