Passero Associates, LLC Part Time Administrative Assistant in Saint Augustine, Florida

[Passero Associates St. Augustine, FL Office [has an excellent opportunity for an experienced part-time **Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and other general business operations. The candidate we seek possesses exceptional customer service and communication skills to perform a diverse range of administrative duties, including but not limited to, event coordination, business travel arrangements and part-time reception coverage.

  • Serves as a primary back up to the Grants/Contracts Administrator
  • Provides administrative support to Passeros St. Augustine office
  • Responsible for assigned operational tasks on behalf of the business

[Qualifications/ Experience:]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}

  • AAS in Office Technology, Business/Office Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in an Engineering/Architecture/Construction firm
  • Strong commitment to client service, supporting both internal and external customers
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills to successfully interface with clients, colleagues, and agencies
  • Self-starter, proactive, resourceful, accountable, works well independently and with teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and office administration
  • Strong word processing, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills
  • MS Office Suite skills, a plus

Available to report to the St. Augustine office 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. This position pays $20/hr and is not benefits eligible.
