DLP Capital Chief of Staff in Saint Augustine, Florida

The Chief of Staff supports the CEO in driving productivity, building culture, and achieving the vision of the organization. The Chief of Staff does this by pushing the CEO's agenda to all parts of the organization and making sure that all leaders and departments are aligned with the CEO's vision. The Chief of staff is a champion of the DLP culture and drives engagement for all team members. The Chief of Staff gets involved with all projects where they can alleviate time commitments from the CEO's calendar. 

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Highly organized and precise

  • 2+ years real estate investment experience preferred

  • 2+ years financial services experience preferred

  • 5+ years in an executive support role preferred 

    What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

  • Support the CEO in achieving vision and driving execution.

  • Lead the preparation and summarization of L10, Clarity, and strategic meetings. Prepare written summaries and conduct check-ins with each attendee to obtain sign-off on agreed-upon completion dates, confirming the party is responsible for following up on each action item.

  • Serve as the first alert system, keeping the CEO aware of unanticipated problems to be addressed or opportunities to be considered. Gain real direct insights of issues and perspectives and provide insight and perspectives to the CEO.

  • Provide active support to CEO's direct report management and development.

  • Fill in for CEO as needed in internal and external meetings and provide meeting summaries.

  • Manage CEO Dashboard, ensuring it is kept up to date and delivered to the CEO weekly, along with relevant analysis and summaries.  

  • Consistently present data with analysis and solutions to the CEO.

  • Prepare, draft, and review content for internal and external communications.

  • Conduct market research, provide summaries, and perform analysis.

  • Prepare for the CEO’s alignment meetings and brain dates, draft talking points for the CEO, prepare team members, and ensure the draft agenda is ready. 

  • Prepare for the CEO’s sponsor and investor meetings, ensuring sponsor summary is complete.

  • Keep SalesForce and key meeting tracker up to date.

  • Manage ‘CEO Project’ document, with a minimum of two monthly updates on each project.

  • Manage weekly digest reports from direct reports with a monthly minimum of two reports organized for the CEO.

  • Proofread documents, marketing materials, and communications etc. 

  • Support CEO on wellness and longevity.

  • Ensure the Development Pipeline Dashboard and the Portfolio Performance Dashboards are up to date at least twice a month and is pushed to the CEO.

  • Lead post-meeting follow-up and provide support for key relationship communication, including thank you cards, birthday gifts, anniversaries, and more.
