SUMMERHILL LANDSCAPES, INC. Landscape Project Supervisor in Sag Harbor, New York
Oversee workers engaged in year-round landscaping, groundskeeping, and hardscaping activities, including irrigation systems installation and maintenance, snow removal, and winter upkeep of residential client properties. Duties: Coordinate project work with field managers, ensure data for each job is accurate, and track cost and man-hour budget. Schedule all work; assign work to crew-members, coordinate daily activities, monitor, and evaluate performance. Inspect the work site to verify all work is done within specifications as communicated by the landscape architect or designer. Assist in estimating costs, labor, and equipment. Train workers on safety procedures for working with equipment or hazardous materials. Maintain accurate records including time sheets, Smart sheet recording, and landscape project progress reports. Work will be performed in various sites in Suffolk and Nassau Counties, NY. Employer will provide transportation to work sites. Requirement: 24 months of experience in any occupation involving landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation installation or maintenance, and/ or groundskeeping activities.
