ManpowerGroup Public Housing Property Manager in Sacramento, California
Our client, a leading organization in property management, is seeking a Public Housing Property Manager to join their team. As a Public Housing Property Manager, you will be part of the property management team supporting various housing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Public Housing Property Manager
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Range: $27.11 per hour
What's the Job?
Provide the primary interface with tenants at various properties, ensuring effective communication and support.
Monitor property conditions for security issues and maintenance needs, reporting and addressing problems as necessary.
Assist with tenant onboarding, including orientation on property operations and appliance usage.
Collect delinquent rents and draft necessary notices related to lease violations.
Participate in community upkeep and maintain attractive curb appeal for the property.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or general education equivalent.
One year of related experience in property management, preferably with affordable housing.
Experience in customer service and working with social services programs is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Willingness to be on call after business hours and on weekends as needed.
