We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager to join our team. You will take on multiple projects and work on an inter-disciplinary team. You will attend client meetings and oversee projects from the start to finish. You'll actively manage several moving pieces in a fast-paced team environment.
Essential Job Duties
Working with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate deliverables and ensure team members are aligned on next steps.
Keep project tracking updated on client software.
Attend weekly client meetings to provide latest updates to broader group.
Maintain and update project schedule.

College degree.
5+ years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
Good written and communication skills.
Extremely good organizational skills.
Fantastic interpersonal skills and ability to work with anyone.
Self-starter, multi-tasker.
Ability to work in a high volume, dynamic team environment.
Accountable and dependable, and able to follow through with tasks/project.
Willingness to travel (car) 1-3 times per month for meetings/trainings.
This position offers a hybrid/remote schedule.
Location: Sacramento, CA or Oakland, CA
