Position Overview:
The Facilities Program Manager III is responsible for the support, development, and maintenance of the Sutter Health (SH) facilities management CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) enterprise program, including, design and implementation of the CMMS application and associated processes and procedures, and support to end user and stakeholder support throughout the Sutter portfolio (local facilities teams, leadership and service lines).
The work of this role provides data driven solutions, insights, and recommendations to leadership for use in strategic and compliance driven decision making. This role is a key contributor in the sound governance of facility portfolio-wide data operations and maintenance activities, including regulatory compliance oversight and efforts. This position will follow departmental processes in performing tasks that may include, but are not limited to, supporting facility services, technology project management, department technology support and vendor contract management.

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and business communications computer software programs, Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Yardi and/or other real estate asset management software is preferred. Skills in identifying, researching/ analyzing and creatively resolving problems.
Familiarity with the State of California building approval processes, including OSHPD, SFM and municipal discretionary approvals.
Familiarity with healthcare construction building codes and regulations, space programming, allocation costs analysis and contract negotiation.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, manage and balance multiple interests, and resolve conflicts.

Pay Range is $44.28 to $66.42 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
