We are staffing for an insulation company that is looking to grow their team! This is a small office that is apart of a large company across the US. At this location they are seeing overall growth and are approaching a busy season! They are looking to find someone to support the operations manager.
Greet walk in customers
Answer phones and update customers on orders or answer any questions they may have
Light dispatching responsibilities
Customer email correspondence
Fill out customer order entry forms
Filing, organizing paperwork
Inventory management in warehouse (about 40 mins - 1 hour daily)
Enter inventory data into excel spreadsheet
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Customer service skills
MS Excel experience
No Degree Required
Familiar with logistics environment
Training is provided but must need to have the ability to learn on the job as well
Can do attitude
