We have a career opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated LEAD REPLACEMENT INSTALLER   JOB SUMMARY Responsible for performing the removal, installation, and startup of HVAC equipment in single-family, multi-family properties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •            Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the trade •            Install furnaces, duct work, high/low voltage circuits, finish grills, minor dry wall repair etc. on properties. •            Installation of Sheetmetal. •            Must understand the complete installation of HVAC and Sheetmetal on residential homes. •            Must know how to install an air conditioner, braze refrigerant lines and check for leaks. •            Maintain company-issued car; secure and organize tools, maintain equipment inventory, change oil, and wash car as necessary. •            Clean workspace in homes after removal or installation is complete. •            Perform all other related duties as directed by supervisor.   KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS •            4-year minimum experience with HVAC retrofit install/ startup required. •            Must possess a valid California driver’s license; clear DMV report required. •            High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.  •            Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written formats. •            Must possess basic math skills, capable of handling money payments. •            Must manage e-mail, phone calls, etc. from cell phone. •            Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. •            Must be able to navigate the use of ladder-minimum of 6 foot up to 12 foot- with possible need for scaffold use to access rooftops. •            Must be reliable and trustworthy. •            Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to interface with other Blue Mountain Inc. employees and customers in a professional and courteous manner. •            Must possess mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.   BENEFITS: •            Company Vehicle (for qualifying positions) •            401k •            Medical, Dental, Vision •            Life Insurance •            Paid Time Off •            Paid Holidays EEO STATEMENT Blue Mountain is committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
