Description/Job Summary

We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded Recruiter to support our Southern California contract, providing best in class Healthcare Security Officers to our client. This a new position for the company, will play a critical role in developing and growing the talent pool for Blackstone Consulting, Inc. This position is responsible for finding qualified individuals to fill the FT/PT and Flex needs of client companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the enterprise

  • The development of local and national recruiting plans

  • Developing and employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources

  • Seeking out candidates with the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill a variety of positions

  • Developing and executing formal Recruiting Plans insuring the timely delivery of resources, candidates and alignment with corporate goals and strategies.

  • Maintaining a vibrant and robust network of Industry Contacts, Association Memberships, Trade Groups and Employees to ensure quality and rapid response to client's needs.

  • insuring all administrative duties, record keeping, and metrics are kept current within 15 days of occurrence.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience recruiting administrative, physical security, healthcare, High volume experience a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

  • Exceptional computer skills - particularly excel.

  • Superior communications skills - oral and written

  • Ability to work in a fast pace, goal and deadline oriented environment.
