About the Role:
Firm is seeking a Workplace Investigator Attorney to join their dynamic firm. This key role involves conducting comprehensive workplace investigations and providing consultative guidance to clients relating to numerous employment-related issues. The ideal candidate will have substantive experience with workplace investigations, employment law, and excellent legal judgement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead thorough and impartial workplace investigations into various personnel issues including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and violation of workplace policies.
Provide clear, well-written reports detailing investigation findings.
Advise clients on employment laws, compliance issues, and best practices in HR policies.
Participate in the firm's pro bono initiatives.
Requirements
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
A proven track record in workplace investigation and employment law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage caseload independently and meet tight deadlines.
