A&P Mechanic - Stockton, CA
Job Description
We are a general aviation maintenance company with over 20 years of experience, specializing in the maintenance of flight school aircraft and privately owned piston-engine planes.
Seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to join our team and contribute to the safety and efficiency of our clients' aircraft.
Responsibilities
Perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on piston-engine training aircraft and privately owned airplanes.
Diagnose and repair airframe, engine, and electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed.
Essential Skills
FAA A&P License
Minimum 2 years of experience with piston-engine aircraft
Expertise in aircraft inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Proficiency with airframe, powerplant, and general aviation systems
Ability to work independently
Required tools for the job

Work Environment

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $30 - $35 per hour, depending on experience.
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity, with top pay available for those with 3–4+ years of experience and minimal training required.
