REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 03/15/2025-11/21/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Worker will drive and operate farm machines to grow and harvest corn and soybeans. Attaches farm implements such as plow, seed drill, and fertilizer spreader to tractor. Drive and operate farm implements in fields to till soil and plant, cultivate, and harvest corn and soybeans. May work in greenhouse planting, growing, fertilizing, and watering nursery stock. May mix chemicals to spray crops and nursery stock. Worker must have 3 months experience in driving and operating tractor. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purc
