Abbott Technical Service Analyst - Divisão de Diagnóstico Rápido (ARDX) - São Paulo/SP in São Paulo, Brazil

Key responsibilities:

Support the Technical Assistance team in customer service activities, perform the department's administrative tasks and organize sector documents.

  • Support the planning and control activities of the operation, as well as giving direction to actions to solve critical problems.

  • Acting in the operation of machine movements (sending and returning), receiving requests and promoting in all stages of approvals until the issuance of invoices.

  • Request the transportation of machines to the logistics area, monitor the installation processes, uninstallations and training with technicians, and maintain effective communication with the sales team.

  • Open system calls and direct calls to technicians;

  • Receive and / or forward requests for parts by technicians, processing via the system and promoting logistics handling.

  • Prepare and control documents related to technical maintenance, such as: miscellaneous entries, records and file.

  • Provide support to the various projects, controlling the relevant information, and updating the other information necessary for the execution of the project.

  • Monitor the execution of services with technicians and customers, promoting the effectiveness of the operation and seeking to reach the deadlines.

  • Prepare budgets for clients based on assessments made by technicians, and updating budget controls.

  • Maintain the updating and organization of the relevant technical documents and procedures, by filling out manual and computerized forms, in accordance with good documentation practices.

  • Keep up to date in relation to your area of ​​expertise, seeking to promote self-development and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical processes.

  • Interface with other areas and managers involved, as well as maintain a high level of relationship with the customer.

  • Participate and contribute to specific process development projects.

  • Keep the workplace clean and organized, following the guidelines of the technical area.

  • Comply with the rules, procedures and corporate policies existing in the company.

  • Watch over the equipment, resources and materials, under your responsibility, and the work environment.

Education:

Complete University Studies in administrative area.

Minimum with 1 years of work experience in administrative area.

Intermediary English

Intermediate knowledge in excel

Knowledge as an ERP system user
