This is a road service technician (road tech) role servicing our customers coffee and water equipment with a focus on timeliness and customer service.

\ \ Responsibilities\ \
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Services coffee, water and other office space beverage equipment during business hours, Monday through Friday
- Respond to work order requests in a timely manner
- Performs service agreement tasks, to include:
- Cleaning and repairing coffee and water equipment (from brands like Keurig, Newco, Bunn, Oasis, Water Logic, etc.)
- Routinely perform preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Clean and sanitize equipment, swap out water filters, clear fluid lines and change John Guest fittings
- Maintain company vehicle and valid drivers license; drives safely
- Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision under strict service deadlines
- Must be able to provide a high level of quality customer service, handle multiple priorities, and be detail oriented

Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Any prior experience with carpentry, plumbing, mechanical or electrical work strongly preferred
