The Training and Change Management Specialist is a 2-4 month contract position working on-site for our Specialty Chemical Client located in The Woodlands, TX.

Candidates should be within daily commuting distance of The Woodlands, TX to be considered.

Job Description Create and Manage training content building for global audience (English, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil) Review and/or copyedit content developed by other team members Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications including multiple communication channels Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance Create actionable deliverables such as the Resistance Management Plan Evaluate and ensure user readiness; Track and report issues Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Support change management at the organizational level among global cross functional teams Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure communication milestones and training topics are addressed

Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is desired. Certifications in Change Management, Training, or Project Management preferred. 2+ years of experience creating, managing, and delivering training programs tailored to diverse, global audiences. Experience in content creation and management for a multilingual audience or experience collaborating with translation/localization experts to achieve effective global content desired. Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively for diverse audiences across multiple channels (email, presentations, webinars, internal platforms). Ability to adapt training and change management strategies to accommodate a range of organizational cultures, languages, and training needs. Proficiency in e-learning and training platforms (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Learning Management Systems) is desired.
