People Centered Support Services Direct Service Worker in Ruston, Louisiana

This job requires that you have:
- an unrestricted driver's license
- Social Security Card which must be presented when filling out an application
Some clients may need transportation for doctor appointments or shopping or other community integration. Some clients may need help with transferring to and from wheelchairs, vehicles, etc., as needed. We have full time and part-time positions available and hours vary depending on each individual client. Applications must be filled out at 1201 Atkins Rd Ruston, LA 71270.Applications may not be taken from building. Come in Monday - Friday between 8:00AM-4:00PM. Ask the receptionist for an application for People Centered Support Services. You will be given an application and shown where to complete the application. Only applications that are filled out completely and have a copy of current driver's license and social security card will be entered into the active applications. Applications will be reviewed and applicants will be contacted when a training class has been scheduled. Applications are active for 90 days. Thank you and please feel free to call with any questions.
