Radiance Technologies Advanced Cyber Technology Operation Manager in RUSTON, Louisiana
The Operation Manager is responsible for the execution, health, and growth of the Operation activities and will provide leadership in three key areas for one of Radiances eight primary business units. These include:
- Operations -
- Effectively work with Program Manager to ensure customer satisfication and relationships
- Manage daily operations and organization-wide initiatives for a diverse group of 30+ employee-owners
- Employee-owner engagement and growth
- Employee-owner recongition (raise, bonus, awards)
- Organizational structure
- Staffing/recruiting
- Budgeting/forecasting
- Direct Staff guidance, including administrative, business development, program management, and group leadership personnel
- Research and gather information to support executive-level taskings
- Proactively engage with senior executives, action officers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare executive-level briefings and status reports
- Adherence to Radiance core values

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree
