Abbott Endovascular Sales Manager - France (M/W) in Rungis, France

From guide wires and stents to vessel closure devices, our vascular products are designed to help healthcare professionals to optimally treat patients in every step of the procedure. ​

For our business in France, we are recruiting a Sales Manager for our Endovascular business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Successfully leading a national sales team of 8 people to surpass annual sales, profit and budgetary goals

  • Maintaining and growing the business by managing the planning, organization and execution of all sales force activities

  • Contributing to the business unit’s sales increase

  • Evaluateing and implementing sales objectives and strategies according to the French objectives and policies

  • Executes new product launches in endovascular division

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance

In this role, to be successful, you will:

  • Have experience in managing a large and technically complex product portfolio in surgery

  • Have at least 5 years experience in coaching/developing a sales team

  • Demonstrate a strong capacity to learn and adapt new businesses

  • Drive commerical negotiations
