Abbott Endovascular Sales Manager - France (M/W) in Rungis, France

From guide wires and stents to vessel closure devices, our vascular products are designed to help healthcare professionals to optimally treat patients in every step of the procedure.
For our business in France, we are recruiting a Sales Manager for our Endovascular business.
You will be responsible for:
Successfully leading a national sales team of 8 people to surpass annual sales, profit and budgetary goals
Maintaining and growing the business by managing the planning, organization and execution of all sales force activities
Contributing to the business unit’s sales increase
Evaluateing and implementing sales objectives and strategies according to the French objectives and policies
Executes new product launches in endovascular division
Ensuring regulatory compliance
In this role, to be successful, you will:
Have experience in managing a large and technically complex product portfolio in surgery
Have at least 5 years experience in coaching/developing a sales team
Demonstrate a strong capacity to learn and adapt new businesses
Drive commerical negotiations
