We are looking for a Commercial Business Partner professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
This is an exciting new position leading the implementation of Strategic Revenue Growth Management (SRGM) initiatives in France to drive profitable growth for Edgewell.
Reporting into the General Manager for France, this role will be responsible for uncovering the commercial business questions that need to be answered to create revenue growth, using excellent analytical capabilities to uncover the insights that can help answer the questions and then driving action. The role will require strong collaboration with cross-functional teammates to enable the local business to make faster and better decisions with a high level of confidence. Collaborating within Europe to develop and then embed tools and processes that enable insight and drive action locally is a key part of the role.
Strategic Revenue Management is a priority for Edgewell and for the right candidate this is an opportunity to demonstrate personal impact that leads directly to business success within the local and European working environment.
Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
·Work with the local commercial leader to determine SRGM targets, empowering the local team by coaching and providing direction to make better, quicker commercial decisions through their own analysis.
·Identify the needs of the market & drive/support the SRGM initiatives / strategies.
·Train, upskill and embed SRGM philosophies, tools and tactics with commercial team
·Embed efficient processes and ways of working of Revenue Management initiatives, focused on optimising investment in promotions.
·Deploy, manage and provide governance of promotional guidelines across key accounts & optimize plans across customers and brands through promotional evaluation process.
·Identify revenue growth and margin expansion opportunities through optimisation of trade investments within key retailer partners
·Support the continuous SRGM learning cycle for our investments and creating do & do not action guidelines by SRGM lever by category.
·Develop and deliver local pack & price initiatives.

Here’s what we are looking for:
·A solid understanding of commercial processes a Consumer Goods business
·Background in growing revenue
·Commercial acumen including P&L management and analytics to optimise SRGM (pack/price/promo architecture/trade terms)
·Results-oriented - strong focus on ensuring that investment is linked and leads to commercial gain
·Critical Thinking - able to influence the decision-making process while balancing strategic and financial factors and priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Change management experience
·Adopt an agile & positively collaborative approach, with a capability to get things done efficiently
·Highly developed project management skills.
·Experience in building and leveraging great relationships to enable strong collaboration.
·Ability to influence key stakeholders
·Solid understanding of analytical tools with experience in Power BI/Tableau, Power Query, Advanced excel
Understands and can demonstrate growth mindset
·Ability to unlock insight through data
