Cisco Workplace Service Delivery and Development Manager in RTP, North Carolina

Meet the Team

Workplace Resources (WPR) delivers workplace experiences to Cisco employees and optimizes company working capital, at scale, with a focus on productivity and business outcomes. Formed in April 2024, within WPR, the Global Services & Operations (GSO) team translates the client’s purpose and requirements in the delivery of workplace services and solutions. We are agents for our clients and for WPR who enable client success balanced with affordability.

We ensure safe and functional delivery of services to our buildings and manage the employee experience through curated services designed to support our business mission around the globe. We work closely with global subject matter expert teams across the WPR organization including Real Estate Strategy, Design & Construction, Energy, Sustainability & Environmental, Health and Safety teams as well as a global Project Management Office supporting large scale project delivery.

Your Impact

As a Service Delivery and Development Manager, you will manage global service delivery and the development of workplace services to ensure high-quality experiences for Cisco employees. You will oversee outsourced Facilities Management (FM) contracts and drive continuous improvements in service delivery, innovation, and vendor performance. Additional responsibilities are below:

  • Service Delivery Management: Responsible for Americas global service delivery, governance and ensuring performance of an outsourced Facilities Management (FM) contract, to deliver best in class employee services.

  • Project Management: Develop project plans, manage timelines, and oversee scope and organizational changes for FM providers.

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategy for service development, including fiscal year plans, budget inputs, and deliverables.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional teams, suppliers, and internal clients to support Cisco policies and procedures.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in service levels, operating costs, energy and sustainability, quality, and safety.

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and updates.

  • Support Business Continuity Plans: Support the development and implementation of plans for relevant services.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Our Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Workplace Experiences, Service Provider, Vendor Management, Hospitality, or related experience within Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate

  • Compliance, service and facilities management experience within an outsourced contract management environment.

  • Experience in relationship partner management and project/program management.

Our Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality services or the "white-glove" sector.

  • Ability to translate demand into clear, actionable scopes of work.

  • Ability to draw insights from complex data and present findings clearly.
