Summary:

Within the Biopharma Customer Relationship Management team, this position is the primary point of contact for internal commercial help desk services related to the North America CRM system. This position identifies common inquiries and offers suggested enhancements for software configuration. This individual will interface with the CRM vendor as required, and must remain current on industry trends and vendor software developments. This individual will participate in the training of new hires and tenured sales employees for CRM and mobile technologies. This team member demonstrates initiative in determining additional training required and provides training in an effective and impactful manner. Finally, this role will provide continuous support, maintenance and evolution of the delivered solutions such as Business Unit analytics, reports and dashboards.

Primary responsibilities:

1) Primary internal support for North America commercial CRM users. Track requests/inquiries to define improved functionality and training opportunities. Coordinate with the IT Help Desk on non-commercial issues as needed.

2) Support new and existing users with New Hire and ongoing training (eg, periodic updates and new functionality releases). Develop training materials for both face-to-face and distance learning, including maintaining documentation of training users have previously received.

3) Manage the process for CRM users to report inquiries/issues in order to identify needs (solution changes, training, etc.). Provide routine status reports on ongoing issues to leadership as needed.

4) Interface with Commercial Data Operations to ensure that data feeds are consistent, clean and accurate.

5) Collaborate with CRM Developer function for Division/Business specific functionality evolution.

6) Execute the creation, design, testing and publishing of new and/or enhanced reports and dashboards within the CRM system.

7) Basic administrative duties within the CRM system including user maintenance, report/dashboard maintenance, testing, etc.
