Ampcus Inc Seasonal Sales Support Specialist in Royal Oak, Michigan

Title: Seasonal Sales Support Specialist Duration: 06 months (assignment ends Jan 15th) Location: 31941 Woodward Ave , Royal Oak, MI 48073 Shifts: 3-5 shifts per week (8 hours each). Flexibility to work during all typical store open hours (10am-8pm Mon-Sat, 11am-6pm Sun)

Description: Provide consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism. Maintain strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features. Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Greeting/Queue Management Packing/Fulfillment Inventory Runner/Stocker In-Store Pickup & Curbside Accessory Sales Post-Sales Support (e.g. Device Setup, Accessory Install, etc) BPK (Bill Payment Kiosk) Support

SECONDARY JOB DUTIES: General Device Purchases Refunds, Exchanges, CLNR (Certified Like-New Replacements)

REQUIREMENTS: Customer service and/or sales experience One or more years of relevant work experience Excellent interpersonal, verbal skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment. Computer/POS proficiency

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum - High school diploma or GED. Preferred  Associates Degree

LOGISTICS: This position (at 32-40 hours per week) requires - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and to pick up an additional shift, if necessary Willingness to work across two locations within close proximity to one another (based on business needs).
